ive heard for response that bd14 inlet and standard exh work realy well but with your spec you want it to pull up top too...

if danny says bd16 then thats proberly the ones to go for.....

i wouldnt worry about lag to much as even with lair cams the gt series turbos are no more laggy than a t34 but with 100hp extra....
