also my wifes old escort was catc'd for someone reversing into her and it broke 1 headlamp and scratched bumper (rs/si lamps), same insurer continued to insure her until it was sold off with no hassle

what people 'say' if very different to real life, i repaired them for a main dealer, never did they say 'fook off its a write off' if it was they adjusted pay out to what their standard system dictates ?% or value
