Right i changed my springs all round mid last year for Eibach Pro Kit, so lowered it around 25mm, anyways since i did it theres been a knocking noise coming from the back end when i go over bump and stuff, had a good check round, wheels are on tight, nothing looks broken or loose, so heres what ive narrowed it down to:
1 - anti roll bar bushes need replacing, the linkages and main bushes
2 - the springs are knocking on the lower controll arms (dont think this is the issue though as there is no play in them)
3 - the shockers are on the way out

Can someone pleaseeeee help me figure out what the issue is, i personally thinks its the 1st thing i said about the bushes, but if you have any suggestions let me know
