I was fed up of searching so in the end purchased a very worn one with the original black insert,and then purchased an escort gti one,which are the same other than a silver insert rather thn black,and their more readily available.Removed the black insert from the sierra gear knob and the silver one from the escort gear knob and glued the black insert on the escort one,mint ger knob for a tenner!
