Default BD 14 15 or 16

I have been advised to change my current BD10 inlet cam to one with a higher lift and duration. But i cant decide which one to go with... I really dont want the car to be too laggy, and the target is around 420+ hp.
Danny says BD16 atleast, but are there any other opinions about this? I mean if a BD14 or 15 can do the job, what would the advantages really be to go for bigger profile?

My setup is:

6 Long studded 200 block
91,3mm shorter wössner pistons with valve cut outs and 8:1 cr
Longer (136 mm) H-beam rods with arp bolts
Fully balanced bottom end
Organic sachs cluth (rated to 520 NM)
Ported head + inlet trumpets
10 mm plenumspacer
Double valve springs
Standard exhaust cam
Vernier pulleys
2wd exhaust manifold
GT3071 turbo .82 ex (thank you for the swap Danny)
071 plugs
Siemens 83s
044 pump
MSD chip
RS500 style intercooler
Samco hoses
ITG foam filter
3" mongoose
E-boost street boostcontroller

Sometime in the future i will get a live map for sure, but until then i just have to settle for a special calibratet chip (im thinking MSD)
