Yes, but if there is any doubt about the fuel quality just take it easy.
Ie if the car has been mapped on say shell v power in uk then going abroad(hols etc) and using another unleaded won't do harm so long as it's not foot down all the time, just drive sensibly.
All cossie can use unleaded as std, but ignition may need adjusting, there are some wires that can be joined to effect this change on the std ecu.
