the other day looked in header tank to check water level and there was none in there just load of rusty colour sludge down at the bottomso took off tank cleaned out the crap with a preasure washer then took top & bottom hose of the radiator off and ran a hose threw rad to clean out the crap that was in there pured out with brown water 1st of all then cleared to clean water running through it.once that was done i connected everything up filled up with water and anti freeze ran the car for a good while to let the fans kick in but nothing happened Temp rose to near the top and water boilded up and spilled out top of header tank

Anyone got any idears why this happened and what the problem could be ? Fans dont kick in anymore!
