Any advice will be great

After 7 attempts of my car going back to the garage my temp gauge still seem to go into the red The garage have said they have replaced the sensor, even put in a brand new gauge, still it remains to go into the red, While driving the car this morning i noticed the car was warm inside (heater) even tho the dials where on the blue(cold) hmmmmm
