its got a little amplifier on the the top of the sub housing. if i use a 6006 head unit it should just plug and play. but im not im using the pioneer which ive been told would work it as well. but it hasnt lol. i paid £70 quid for it. i gave my 9006 away to a friend for his zetec s not realising they worth a little bit so if worse comes to worse ill just get a 6006 and pop that back in when i sell the car. mines an st170 so the wiring is all ready there for the sub. also im after a mk1frs so could keep it for that.
