Nope very few companys offer this as a lot of people were abusing it, it's called "Third Party Extension" where by you are only covered by the bare minimum to be legal on the road and your not supposted to do it as a regular thing, in most cases one of the qualifications are that you are 25+ years old, the car is not yours and you have the owners permission to drive it and it is not a van, hire car etc, I had it on a policy which had no age restrictions which is very rare!
