If your only at 190bhp then you've got a least another 50-60bhp before you are on the limit of the stock bottom end, this is of course assuming you have ARP rod bolts?
Wack a Stage 3 T3 on there with some ARP's and a remap (or new MSD chip) you should see around 250bhp on a healthy engine
Just dont sit at 6k+ rpm all the time or you may find a rod come through the block
