Just been out in the car, took it out of the garage and put petrol in it, drove to the end of the street and it went onto 3 cylinders then backfired and cut out, tried to start it and it turned over then backfired, now its just turning over and not even trying to start.

Its been in the garage since september, could it be dampness??
