to me now he has given me 2 lots of labour money would have been a lot lot cheeper to put the correct kit in there to start with.
Ps Dont use anything except LUK , Satch , Firstline or OE kits. Done a 06 astra diesel van yesterday LUK 206 + VAT Dealer wanted 326 + vat for the same kit made by LUK but in
a vauxhall box !!!!

Do you mean sachs? what about borg and beck? fluid flywheels are a preferance, not a nesesity. Most vag stuff came with either at some point in its production, vr6 (similar to this engine) was in fact solid flywheel in the mk3 golf, where it turned to fluid when the 24 valve r32 came along.
