well theres some mad suggestions here that involve damaging stuff.
the easy way is to remove the nuts that will come off ok with a normal brace and drive the car turning the wheel side to side at slow speeds to put pressure on the bolt,the other way is just short bursts of wheel spin. the force on the one remaining bolt will loosen it. thats a tried and tested method of removal that involves no waving of a big hammer and potential disasters with the back swing
