Any decent motor factors or fasteners place will be able to supply decent jubilee clips.

SCS/Hi Grip are another good brand. Just get the stainless versions as they are stronger.

The main problem with Mikalor, is the steel band and overlap is far far too thick.

Buy a decent thin banded T-bolt clamp and the circle is virtually smooth with no steps. Same as with a normal style clamp.

The likes of these are much better than the bulky Mikalors
