tyre pressures i've found 32 a little too high in the rear when most of my driving has just been me so normaly drop them to 30. i do think most of that wear though has been down to camber and toe though not pressure.
for me personally i'd by the arms and bolts as my focus is 10 1/2 years old with 106k on the clock so worth renewing the bushes and makes me less worried about fucking them trying to remove the bolts as its what happened when i tried removing the lower spring arm to trailing arm bolt on mine. just span the metal inner and tore the bush to shreds!
i'd also fit the new bolts with coper grease as its an anti-sieze compound. you also don't need the extra adjustment the arms give anyway so a bit pointless getting them.
does it feel any better to drive now with the new alignment? prob wont be able to tell as it was out an even amount on both sides
