Yes they are a franchise and so each dealer will have varying levels of quality, but and there is no getting away from this the boxes they use (supplied by powerflow from south Africa afaik) are shocking I've had to replace more havers than I can remember but I every powerflow system I have seen has had rattling baffles.
That's all before going into the flow/back pressure characteristics of the silencers.
Plus the face that the stainless they use is a low quality and tend to corrode within 12 months.

Can't stand powerflow as you can tell, especially as just in my area I can think of 2 quality custom exhaust suppliers within 10-15 miles of the powerflow dealer.
