Thanks for letting me know how to get to the pipes, I'll see if I can get that done asap. The other side was done last year after the carpet was wet and when I lifted that there was a huge hole after pulling away all of the rust. No wet carpet that side since.

The water is still flowing out of the sills and the other drainage point, but also into the car as well, from that point, more so now that I've pulled all of the rust away.
