You could, but you'd have to totally refabricate the whole floor pan and mount the engine the other way, so there isn't really much point.
I have heard mention of using Evo running gear, but I don't think anyone has ever done it.
There have been a couple of turbo 4x4 RS2000s, one was over 300bhp. Worth jumping on
www.rs2000-16v.com and asking for info, but using the standard running gear is still a potential time bomb.
