I have done one on here before (Focus) it may well be different to your car though, if you look in your handbook you should find the procedure there. It goes something like you turn the ignition on and off around 7 times IIRC, this then initializes "Learning Mode" where you then put your new key in and turn ignition on. had a search about, and thats what i came back with, you need 2 keys.
the key that comes with the car is not red
my mates dad works in a ford garage, i'll phone him tonight to see whats the best way to go about this. (only other problem, my GF's ex lad works there as well
