Front ones aren't too bad. If you've got a garage, then all the better. Make sure that you get the right arms as the ST ones are different.
Just make sure if you're going to do the job yourself, that when you start unbolting things, that the subframe is aligned correctly. Make some marks so that everything goes back as it should do. Also...when doing the final tightenings on all the bolts connecting the lower arms, make sure it's done with the weight of the car on the ground.
