Not only are they illegal, but they are also gay as fuck. I had them on a few different cars a few years back, never passed an MOT with them, always got flashed by oncoming cars as they dazzled, had no beam pattern and to top it off, when I binned them for a decent set of uprated halogens, they produced a much better light.

Sounds to me like you just want a HID kit cos it looks gert lush wikid innit down mcdonalds car park than having a decent set of headlight bulbs that actually work!
