I use a fully synthetic 10/50 weight oil (Fuchs/Silkolene) standard plugs are fine (071's, and cheap as well!) Also a cam belt change is a good idea, not expensive and gives you piece of mind!

I get my stuff from the said Matt Lewis and MSD, no need to change all sensors, only one I would be thinking about is the CTS as these can go out of scope after a while.

Most importantly you need to check the cooling fans work and also the fuel pump is getting the correct power UNDER load (I.E 12V+ ideally alternator voltage), these are two prone problems with the workaround being a rewire for both items.

Secs monitors are a good product, wouldn't mind one myself actually, best of all you can easily remove and no one would know any different!
