I have a new O2 Sensor
Going to get a garage to change it though because I can't get the bloody thing to budge

On the other hand I tried to change my track rods today.
So I jacked the car up...


Got out my nice new £75 track rod removal tool imported freshly from America...


Removed the outer track rod, locknut and the boot...


Went to undo it...


And if you have a look closley you will notice there is nothing on the end of it to remove it
The new one looks like this...

You can see the hexed end to put a spanner or the tie rod removal tool on.
The standard one had nothing!

Got a stilsons on it, nothing.

Managed to get hold of my Mum's mates husband to works for Ford and he said post 2002 cars need to have the whole steering rack replaced Apparently his was £350 with his employees discount. Managed to find a new refurbed ones on Ebay for ~£100.


Oh and yeh, I reckon I've grown up anyway
