Thanks for all of the replies, I now have water leaking out of the correct bits under the car, but this is what awaited me after I took up the carpets

and

basically the water is coming from where the arrow is, does this mean that one of the drainage pipes is cracked somewhere along the line or just not in there properly??
And typical that it has just started raining as well, joy!
