hi all, i new to the site and need some help.

My uncle had a saph cosworth which he owned for 18 years, unfortunatly he had to part with it last year due to poor chassis condition!

hes had the engine taken out an all put into a escort cossie shell and as you'd expect there are a few teething probs.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

list of probs . . .

1. I need a cooling system wiring diagram for both 1990 saph cossie and 95/96 escort cossie

2. i need a dash wiring diagram for escort cossie - mainly for the clock

3. should the escort have a ambient temp sensor as the clock should display the out side temp but instead i get - - and the frost/ice light is constantly on! where would the sensor be located?

4. the car is fitted with the rs500 fog grills, these are roughtly £100 new but is anybody willing to make a swap for some standard fogs in nice condition?

5. this is abit of a tricky one, the breather which comes up from the inlet side of the engine and towards the front has been modified to a lucozade bottle to act as a catch tank! any suggestions where this breather should go to so i can return it back to standard or any suggestions on fitting a proper catch tank! a few days ago, the engine spat lots of oil into the lucozade bottle, causing it to over fill all over the engine! since then the engine has sounded quit tappy top end, ive topped up the oil (0.5ltrs) but didnt make any change, somebody has suggested hydrolic lifters?

sorry to ask so much, but these are few main probs which i cant get sorted and hope you guys could help.
