What year is the 206?

Peugeot radio coding (and station presets, etc) is all stored in the engine ECU from a certain year and has to match the vehicle chassis number and ECU number.

If you change the radio over and do not have it either programmed to the ECU by Peugeot or have it recoded by other means then there will be an ear-piercing beep every 5 seconds when the radio is on.

My sister has a 2002 model and had the tape deck which I swapped for a CD player option and I had to get it recoded through a friend who works as a foreman @ the local Peugeot dealer.
