Im sure you dont need a special tool for the aux belt.You only need a 15mm spanner to remove the tension off the belt the replace the old belt with the new one.
there is a special tool for the belt for that engine which isnt a ford engine. the tool is for refitting the belt hence cutting the old one, the haynes says its to be cut. plus you may as well cut it and replace it i mean better safe than sorry and belts like that dont cost much
