deffo check the exhast mate, sounds exactly like mine only making the noise at 2-3k rpm. mine done it on acceleration and deceleration tho. but the pipe was swinging in the wind.

just check that the exhaust clamps are tight and its not hitting anywhere.

thats the first place i would start.
