Mates step brother is moving to the UK from Australia. He's 17 been driving since July. Problem seems to be that he's a racing driver. He's getting quotes (via his sister) of £6k for a 1 litre Corsa.

Anybody suggest a company that might be more tolerant of his age, profession, etc.
