Pull the rubber seal out from one end all the way round.

Then buy a windscreen cutting wire. Feed the end of the wire through at the bottom corner. With one person in and one person out you can then effect a swing cheese cutter motion and use the wire to cut all the way round. Then the screen will lift off. Easy job. Did it recently.
