If your car is a Mk1, the Mk2 consol isn't a perfect fit - I think the top of the tunnel is a bit narrower, and you'll need to use your original door thresholds and kick-plates, which leave a small gap at the corner of the dash. These are the only pics I have:
You have the bit I need!!!! If you can check your local scrappy that would be great. My console fits perfectly and all the holes were there for te brackets, don't forget mine has a 4x4 floor pan
