Fronts, are easier, however you need a "Spring Compressor" to fit the springs to the damper. Rears are the hardest if wanting to change springs as you need the car suspended without using a jack etc as you need to drop the rear beam, the back shock absorbers are easier, however when removing the old ones put something under each trailing arm as when removed it will drop and you won't be able to refit it again easily as you need something to to lift up again the weight and spring pressure whilst trying to refit the shock! You will need to remove the carpet at the side in the boot as this is where the top mount is for the shock.
Got my fronts to do when I get new springs but I am told you also need an "Impact Wrench" to undo the top mount nut otherwise it will turn the shock with it.
