Get them to show you the problem, plus remember there are other outfits than quickly fix or what ever they're called, then get it fixed by either yourself or a local garage.
As I was alluding to- diagnosis was almost impossible from behind a keyboard, get somebody to do it for nothing, how in the name of all that is sacred is that being ripped off?
