It is difficult to determine value in this case. Not haveing knowledge about the age of the engine build, or condition of.
Is it based on a US/Canada 1900 tall block? That may have some value as the 1900 tall had a 82mm bore standard, with enough cylinder wall thickness to go to 83mm.
