Nope nothing rare and NOT optional was on Ghia (Which is all the Saph is) and of course the 2000E and XR4x4, and as an option on GL IIRC, also was on other Fords of the era I.E Escort Ghia, XR3I, S2 RST and Fiesta RST. Plenty of equipment on these to put so called "Modern cars" to shame. Just a pity Ford did not renew the patent they had on the screen.
