Tbh if the bushes are shot, it isn't much more to replace the whole arm, and with that you get a new joint on the end.
It's a very easy job, I've never damaged a bolt yet getting it out, no specialist tools needed, just basic ones, maybe a joint splitter, but usually a bar stood on and a few hefty whacks with hammer loosen that.
Just make sure that when you put the anti roll bar to tca and inner bolts on they are just finger tight, then with weight on the suspension, ie on ramps do the final tighten.
