luk make the clutches and flywheels for ford
you can buy them direct from euro car parts and dingbro for half the price
same deal with the 130bhp mondeo tdci's
you dont NEED to change the slave cylinder and flywheel, but its recommended to do while the box is out
as for labour times, in my garage i charge £175 labour for these, takes 2.5-3.5hrs to do, just depends how energetic i'm feeling lol
i look at it as good money for a few hrs work,
but been told plenty times that i'mthe cheapest around by far, not that hard to do realy, only a little tighter than an average focus
