ive just bought a 1986 1.3 escort estate. i got a pair of weber 40's sittin in my garage and was wondering if i would need to do any work to the standard engine to put the carbs on. i got the linkages and have just won a manifold on ebay.

if not then what is the easiest engine mods to do to fit the carbs on?
