I would speak to your insurance company if I were you before deciding how to proceed...

A 1.6 focus with a 2.0 s/c engine would cost a lot more to insure than a 2.0 Focus with a s/c, due to the engine swap. Most insurers don't like engine swaps. A 2.0 with a s/c would jsut be a modified 2.0, not a 1.6 with an engine swap. You may find there's a big difference.
