Gonna have a look at this in a wk or so..

When I bought the car a couple of yrs ago it had only done a few thousand miles on a rebuilt 200 block motor, apparently. The bloke had an new Ecos' crank fitted (apparently) how can i check this & is it gonna need Ecos' shells or are they same as Sierra?

I've done no more than 5k miles since I've had it, so in theory the motor shouldn't have much more than 10k miles on it!

Has anyone got, or a link to the tolerances for thrust washers etc..

I'm going to check all the torque settings before pulling the BE's, is it right you can re-use the BE bolts but not the Mains.?
