Firstly id check for leaks? Have a garage do a sniff test to rule out headgasket probs. them have the cooling system flushed out to get rid of any crap and ave it refilled with water and correct amount of anti freeze and also change the Thermostat as this could well be sticking. Or peraps even change that when checking for leaks
