I got one over a year ago.

I was in a lorry park when I did it. Accelerated hard in first gear, hit the limiter and went into second gear then saw the blue lights in the rear view mirror.

I just agreed with the officer as he could of given me points or taken me to court. (I was probably speeding and driving without due care and attention).

The police car was just pulling in as I was on my way out, he had his windows down so probably heard my car. I assume that's why he didn't charge me with more, as he had no real evidence.

I always remember to check my mirrors now.
