This seems unlikely! All cars not just Fords I know do not use a relay for the heater blower, also the cooling fan will have it's own relay, and the indicators will have there own "Flasher unit" The black one on the stalk if your referring to the indicator stalk that is I should think will be the flasher unit.

The relays behind the dash are ones such as fuel pump relay etc which is pink, everything you need to be looking at should be in the main fuse box I would imagine.
