I presume you mean it blows when the ignition is switched on? Next thing I would do is remove the graphic display module as a test. Have you done any work recently (Removed dash etc) if so they you more than likely have pinched a wire which is shorting it.

No the only thing i have done is rewire the fans and pump. Nothing else.after tis was been done i start the car and it was oke by half an our then i noticed the fuse was blown.
later this day i remove graphic display module and check again.
