OH also, I wouldn't even disregard a K or L plate personally.... some nice ones about. If you limit your options too much you could be looking for over a year, its hard enough to find a nice one let alone a nice one exactly the spec you want... for example I was looking for the following spec exactly

LT
Leather
Aircon
lecky roof
MALLARD for DEFO no movement
colourcoded handles and cap ideally

I was looking at every Mallard one with leather which came along pretty much for 6 months, only ONE had the above spec and wasn't quite what I wanted history/bodywork wise the rest just werent "the one" either

I viewed the Monte as it was local and kinda as a comarison really... the guy was proper sound and spent hours with me and was very patient with my questions.... I trusted him lol.. The car as a package was ideal.. In a strange kinda way lol.. I had the car at home a week later
