Ford I would imagine should still do them, they are Universal fit i think as well certainly for this model.

Re the clutch cable when the pedal begins to get stiff is when you should change it before it snaps, trouble is the lube inside the cable dries up what you are feeling on the pedal is friction, Cosworths are the worst due to the heat from the turbo, that is if it just doesn't melt through the casing anyway if incorrectly routed etc.
