after ford fair car covered 138 miles round trip as we went long way lol , i decided to change engine for zetec this where i have got to i used 2 ltr zetec from a mondeo with skimmed pistons to lower compression ratio , i then renewed every think oil pump , water pump , cam belt and pulleys , had crank measured and polished then fitted new acl shells and bearings in heavey duty ,rebuilt head and ported and polished it ,renewed stem seals e.t.c fitted uprated turbo spec cams ,fitted head using mls head gasket ,few other mods that was needed ,turbo feed ,head ,machined for dizzy and spacer plate drilled , tapped and dyed then machined and polished to give it a good flow is now ready to fit in car .
