hello, i bought me the 200ps transit abot six weeks or so ago, lucky though they are like rocking horse doo da to get hold of, anyroad can anyone tell me if the brakes are supposed to be shite, its a lwb high roof 350 limited and obviously discs all round, but the brakes aint as good as me other 2002 transit 350 lwb, it almost seems like you have to pump them in regards when coming to a stop if you press the peddle down let it up straight away then press it down again straight away, the brakes are then there, peddle near the top.
Just brings back memories of the old thames 15cwt i used to have, if you didnt pump those brakes you didnt stop.

Anyway can anyone shed any light on this please.
