My car is a road car but with a plated diff but i found mine to be too loud so i have now gone back to standard type (well a escos one instead of sierra one) but have not run car since
I've used the MC racing one, that R&B sell, I got mine through a yank buddy for £70, and have also tried the standard bush but poly filled, which works just as well, but has the added bonus of looking normal for bufties, and of course zero fitting problems, I have around the rear of the diff the bars for the tow bar as well as a adjustable 22mm arb.
I tried the MC racing one without a roll bar for 3 months, despite having no arb it had way less roll than a std bush with a std 16mm roll bar, it stopped all the rear steering attitude.
Noise wise there was an increase in noise, but no more really than having a noisy set of tyres, it did produce a drumming sound at 65mph, this was the tank when 3/4 full at 65mph it resonates, I applied a stucko pad to the tank to change the resonant frequency and it hasn't done it since.
There is still the slight noise there, but very well worth it, it's so slight after a few days you forget about it.
I use a std new box mount and std engine mounts as don't want vibration when I don't have to put up with it.
